One of the reasons he's a bad employer is that he clearly mis-understands economics.

He thinks it's 2010 and everybody here is just lucky to have a job at all. This is a place with 120 employees and an HR dept. of 1 who also does payroll and manages benefits.

GUBA icon NEW: One thing I have noticed is that employers are still reluctant to pay higher wages and are very reluctant to offer to train people for the job they want to fill. Too many employers (especially in Utah) are expecting fully trained & experienced folks
