To me, scheduling the three OOC games each season should include (1) alternating H-H's with Utah State and BYU for the local touch, (2) a game against a former WAC or MWC opponent as a connection to Utah's history, and (3) a H-H with a quality opponent from other P5 conferences.
And scheduling the OOC games should ensure that Utah has at least six home games, regardless of the number of conference home games in any given year.
