It is frank, maybe fair, and fairly polite. I guess one of the differences between you and me is that I tend to look at why something happens, rather than jumping to a value judgement against the perpetrator.

Leaving my 'anti-government rhetoric' aside, while you and I can agree to disagree upon that definition.

Leaving aside my 'massive missives' which I see as logical arguments, but again, we can agree to disagree.

I would postulate that perhaps you grow weary of me because it's hard to look below the surface aspect of being mad at people who break the law, and instead look at the incentives, restrictions, and moral hazards build into the system. And to look at all the players and what they did and why they did it, and realize that perhaps the system is actually broke.

Everyone supposes I am excusing the perps here. I am not, I am simply saying that in the grand scheme, this doesn't really matter. However the fact that it happened in the first place points to much larger problems that in my opinion do matter.

That problem isn't that wealth exists or that wealthy people sometimes do unethical things. Guess what, lots of people do unethical things, but wealthier people do them bigger and as a result get in bigger trouble.
