I don’t go too crazy knowing that athletes, donner children, veterans, faculty kids, etc. can get in with a lower bar. I suppose because I have always had that thought. I would expect that once in they all have the same bar to get over to graduate. But then it is likely that a friendly attractive person has an easier path much like the rest of life. You would think universities would like to protect the integrity of their degrees but my experience is that may be the case for most graduates but is not the case for every graduate – due to some I have met.
False documentation is another case. A fake test score is criminal. I took ACT, CLEP, GMAT tests without ID, just put my name on the form. I suppose the stakes and times have changed. I do think the world of possibilities for future cheaters is now changing fast. I hope all the past cheaters wasted their money with kids that flunked out.
