NEW: Supposedly it's 6.0% vs 4.0% by volume (I think, it's either volume or weight). They said they don't support a 50% increase in alcohol content. So, the 6.0 vs 4.0 number seems right, based on their statement. (nm)

NEW: Roughly, yes. 3.2% Alcohol By Weight is roughly 4.0% Alcohol By Volume. Most distilleries measure by volume and the default is 4.2%. So Utah's "near beer" is basically .2% less alcohol than an identical bottle sold in 47 other states.

NEW: Not much they can do about it, really. This is an attempt to get in front of the beer industry who has stated they'll no longer make 3.2% ABW beer, after Oklahoma changed their laws.
