The nonaggression principal was violated, and Rand's life, liberty, & property were violated. A court rendering a judgement in his favor is the way it's supposed to work.

What we are against is a government using the power of force to decide what actions a private person does with his own life, liberty, & property is actually a crime and prosecuting that crime regardless of whether there is anyone else affected.
