I have three kids, love them all and could personally never do any harm to them.

But I live a special life. I have a good job and education just like the other 98% of Americans. But there are a small 2% of the population who aren’t in as good a position as you or I to have a baby. They made a poor decision at a bad time or got into trouble they didn’t ask for or they are facing a life changing event that will forever alter their life. They have to make a difficult decision that’s personal and life changing. We should allow them that freedom because they will be the ones who suffer the most.

My sister is disabled, I see the daily toll it takes on my parents. They struggle with catering to her every need, every day. Their lives were changed forever the day she was born and it’s been a struggle since. I love my sister but I always wonder if my family would’ve been happier without her. She provides me great teachings of humility and sacrifice every day and I’m very appreciative of it, but she has been a difficult member of the family.

My biggest question referring back to my original post is why do anti-abortion people care if another woman you’ll never come in contact with decides to help herself through abortion? The anti-abortion crowd isn’t impacted in any way whatsoever.
