If I had to pick a politician who I think can actually make a difference, and knows what he wants and how to get it I'd be inclined to choose Richard Ojeda.

He seems to enjoy bucking the system, and genuinely cares about the issues he fights for. He's a military man through and through, so I think he can disrupt the current GOP stranglehold on our armed forces. He is a true populist with more moderate views, and a fervent anti-lobbyist who is big on holding our government accountable.

As it stands now, there is no true democracy, and equity is an illusion. I've never before advocated for a president who I believe has the ability or intention of fixing this mess. The only reason I'm so passionate about Trump is because I fear that the damage that can be, and has been, inflicted by his policies and derangement have the potential to be catastrophic.

I've always thought it was kinda cliche when people said that they fear for their children, but I really am worried about the future for my kids. Maybe my slightly nihilistic nature is wrongly affecting them, but I'm starting to sow seeds to make them think seriously about not having children (they're young adults now). As much as I'd love to have grand children to spoil some day, it seems more and more like a selfish drive. I'm not blaming Trump for this, but he has exposed a dark underbelly that has left me even more shook than before.
