The Deputy Attorney General, who's already been confirmed by the Senate, should take over when the AG is fired

There's a line of succession and having the AG's Chief of Staff take over as acting AG is highly unusual, very suspect and as George Conway and Neal Kaytal point out, unconstitutional.
