Visa claims smart card technology has reduced fraud for them by 75% in the U.S.

The U.S. finally adopted Smart Card/chip technology roughly five years ago. Europe's had it since the early 2000's.

I know many of Europe, Japan, Australia's guns laws are extremely restrictive, but they are working. We need to come up with some hybrid system to mirror those countries.

The first change I would like to see, is if you own a gun and fail to secure it, it a felony.
