Absolutely not. Chaos will not positively affect our program the way it can with others.

Like it or not we are still seen by many (ironically not by any of our PAC-12 opposing coaches) as a middling program in a backwoods town that is currently run by a legendary coach. No coach with the ability to take our program to the next level would take the job to follow Whitt if he got fired mid-season.

Throw in our weird recruiting dynamic, aggressively belligerent legislature, and (allegedly) bad weather, and it just becomes a harder job than it probably should be.
