In the decades prior to EPA regulation, that plant disposed of chemicals, like ammonium perchlorate, in pits. Contaminated ground water plumes are now slowly flowing toward Magna. Regulation can't fix past sins but they can prevent new ones, maybe.

Let me know how successful you've been at being treated when refusing to sign the arbitration agreement. Generally they just refer you out. That's why government needs to intervene. It's a market failure driven by disproportionate negotiating power. (short)
