I heard an interview with KW on the radio last night on the way home from work. He was very diplomatic. On the one hand he said that Meyer is his kind of coach; i.e. very organized, structured, disciplined, etc. On the other hand he said he owes his career to Mac and that he will be forever grateful. He said Mac took this program a long ways and now he believes that UM will take it even further. A few other things he said:

1. He thought that they did an exceelent job recruiting considering the late start. He said they did not get as many big men as they had hoped, but that he thought that they could catch up in that area next year.

2. He said that there will be very few changes to the defense. He said that they always make some adjustments in the off season, but that any changes would be minor.

3. Obviously the offense will change a lot.

4. They are allowed 2 hours a week with each player. He said they are spending that time watching films and teaching.

5. The players are all buying in to Meyer's style and system. They are all working very hard in the weight room.

Overall, he sounded excited about Urban Meyer and his style. I know that I am excited!
