God grant us continuity

The biggest coaching failures the past few years have been the annual mass exodus from the team. I will favor giving Larry five years, ten years, whatever, if he can stop this damned hemorrhaging. I pray constantly for continuity in our poor basketball program. I would trade all wins we might get the rest of this year for some continuity, i.e., NO TRANSFERS.
Imagine if we'd had a team with Henderson, Clyburn, O'Brien, Glover, Washburn starting. It wouldn't take great coaching to get it to relevancy. I don't say this as a Boylen apologist; I think he was a terrible coach. But his worst failing wasn't recruiting; it was that he couldn't keep the team together from year to year.
NO MORE TRANSFERS, LARRY! You hear that?
