1 - Games that we probably win:

Utah State - they have a new HC and it is in RES. If the game is in RES last year we win and GA is still their HC.

Weber State - Duh

BYU - They lose their whole defense and essentially start a Freshman at QB with a new offense. And throw in the fact that they haven't beat us in three years, it is the last game in the rivalry, and their drum beaters are already talking BCS games for BYU next year, and Utah is down and being beat down by the media/fans/us/etc I see Utah being ready for this game

Colorado - we should win this game. We are just better.

WSU - again, we handled them this year, this should be a win.

OSU, UCLA, and Arizona always seem like we play these teams well for some reason. I give those games a 60% chance of losing, which means we might win one.

Six wins, bowl eligible.

Probable losses: ASU, Stanford, USC, Oregon.

That is 6-6.

I do believe our OL will be better. We will have people we should have had starting for us last year due to improved health and our OL should improve just because hopefully the Utes have picked ONE offense to go with and not 5.

Our QB should be a lot better. It has been so bad the last few years, just the fact that we have a returning starter who started 7 games is HUGE. Sadly, this is the best place our QB position has been in since 2008 and BJ.

I don't think RB will drop off too much. White was good, but he was small as well. I think York will do just fine and the backups and JC guys will do nicely as well.

WR's/TE's should improve just because our QB is better.

Defense is our big question mark because we lose EVERYBODY. The good news is, I hope we can't get much worse. I believe Whitt and Sitake are too good of coaches to not get better. Our LB'ers should be better. That will help out tremendously.

That being said, I do think we end up in the bottom half of the PAC-12, but if we can see big improvement from Wilson and BJ and the LB'ers, I do think we can go bowling next year.

Finally, throw in the fact that Whitt does his best work with his back against the wall...I think we will be pleasantly surprised next year and very, very excited for 2014.
