Pac-12 Classics replay of TCU at Utah in 2008.
that was a great game. i remember watching the game at the time, having a lot of respect for both teams and thinking that both were special and strong football teams. both programs were just so impressive. i remember rooting for the Utes that night. always rooted for a team out west over a team from Texas.
anyway, that was a special game and a special team. i'm glad that Pac-12 Network chose that game to show.
i'm just glad Utah is in the Pac-12 and hope you guys are happy being in the conference. i know it's not the year you wanted but you guys have one of the best proven coaches in the country so it'll come. that game against TCU... '10-0', and you go out and kick BYU's ass and off to the Sugar Bowl. i won money on you guys against Alabama. i kept telling people "this team's for real". that Sugar Bowl was AWESOME.
anyway, glad you are (finally) a part of the 'PAC-10' and don't get too down about this year. any year you lose your starting QB is going to be a down year. tell you what, you got a game on FOX, a true old school national television game at high noon on FOX. oh it'd be wonderful to see the Utes kick the Bruins' butt. i'd really like to see that. hey just like that thing in 2007. oh my that was nice. what was it like 45-2? oh that was nice. how about another deal like that?
go Utes.
