two teams, one 10-2, and the other 11-1. South Carolina losses are to Bama & LSU while Utah's only loss is to either USC, or Oregon. Committee ponders along this line "but S. Carolina's loss were to the #1 & #2 teams already seeded in the playoffs certainly they deserve it more than some young wipper-snapper."

That my friends is how the "good ole boys" take care of their own.

NEW: So the commissioners are recommending a 1-4 seeded playoff model with a committee that selects the 4 teams based on criteria "such as conference championships and strength of schedule."
