The Home of Ute Football
On Labor Day, 1998, the University of Utah unveiled Rice-Eccles stadium, the new home of Ute Football. The stadium now seats 45,634 fans, making it the 4th largest in the new Mountain West Conference. It is also the league's most "state-of-the-art" stadium, boasting several new amenities to benefit both the fans and the media.
