We as fans need to handle this with class

Its obvious to anybody with a set of eyes that Jim is not a good head coach here. For one reason or another its not working out.

But as a person he is as good as they come. Ive had many personal interactions with the guy and each time Ive left impressed with how genuine and great he is. Ive felt that he really cared about me. Hes out his damned heart and soul into this University. Utah across his chest meant something to him. Hes got a family that depends on him and has health issues.

But at the end of the day its a job. And if I was as grossly underperforming at my job as he was at his I would have been gone long ago.

Lets wish Jim luck and hope the best works out for him at his next job. He deserves to be successful. Theres not point calling him names and questioning his intelligence or throwing him under the bus. Let him move on and fins happiness and we'll do the same.

Thanks Jimmy for caring so much. I appreciate how hard you worked here to try and make it work.
